Wavell Nelson Obituary (1941 - 2023)

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Wavell Nelson. He passed peacefully at the age of 82, on the afternoon of July 11, 2023. He loved life, and engaging with people from all walks of life. He brought a lot of laughter to everyone who knew him. He will be remembered for his quick wit & generous nature. He leaves behind Tannis, Sandra, Sharon, and a host of extended family members and friends. Details on the celebration of life to honor his memory, will be announced at a later date. Celebration of life service will be held at Ashford United Methodist Church, 2201 S Dairy Ashford Rd, Houston, TX 77077 on August 5, 2023.
