MayDelle Grace Frazier was born to Charles Frank Blaschke and Emily Josephine Blaschke in Schulenburg, Texas on June 2, 1933. She passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at the age of 88 in Texas City, Texas after a lengthy illness.\r\n\r\nShe lived with her daughter and son-in-law in Deer Park, Texas since 2003 and relocated with them to Texas City 6 years ago. She spent a great deal of time sitting on the back deck, enjoying the sunshine and water along with her small companion, a lap dog named "Princess".\r\n\r\nShe is preceded in death by sisters Dorothy Othold, Virginia Fishbeck, Vivian Clifton, Melba Hayden, Lillian Dill and brothers Grady Blaschke and Leo Blaschke.\r\n\r\nShe is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Deborah Blackshear and Curtis Blackshear. Grandchildren Michael and his wife Tarvia Blackshear and Stacey Blackshear. Great Grandson Anton and Great Granddaughter Avianna and she will become a guardian angel for another great granddaughter due in a few weeks. Brothers Charles Blaschke and Howard Blaschke as well as numerous nephews, nieces, and her longtime friend Berni Elder.\r\n\r\nThe family will receive friends on Thursday, March 17, 2022 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm in the Chapel of Carnes Funeral Home, 3100 Gulf Freeway, Texas City, TX 77591. MayDelle's Celebration of Life Service will follow at 1:00pm. \r\n\r\nIn lieu of flowers, family and friends may wish to send a plant or donate to the ASPCA.
