Ivy Obituary (1938 - 2022) - South Houston, Texas

Ivah Marie Brink Rawley died on November 12, 2022, in her home in Pearland, Texas. She was the daughter of Clayton Henry Brink Sr. (1891-1986) & Margretta Decker (1906-1957) and was preceded in death by her siblings: Clayton Henry Brink Jr. (1925-2004), Ethel Irene Brink Bennett (1927-2015), Frederick Eugene Brink (1930-2001), Doris Clara Brink (1934-1948), Lois Brink (1936-1936), Louise Mary Brink (1936-2010), and her grandson Ian Conner Rawley (1999-2022). She is survived by her children: Daniel C. Rawley and Diana B. Rawley, as well as her grandchildren: Laurel L. Rawley, Liana L. Rawley and Alexandria D. Rawley Jenkins, one great-grandchild Rose Jenkins, and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Ivah went by the name of Ivy and was born in Barton, New York. She attended Arnot Ogden Hospital nursing school and was president of the nursing club. Throughout her career she delivered many babies and worked in various nursing roles. She married Harold D. Rawley and supported him in his Air Force Career as they travelled the world. After their divorce, she joined her daughter and supported her in her Air Force Career and raising her grandchildren. She was a kind and caring individual who saw the good in everybody and will be missed by all who knew her.
