Eula Yvette Sanders-Mills Obituary (1971 - 2023)

Eula Yvette Sanders-Mills, 51, was born in Houston, TX on September 17, 1971 to Larry Wayne Bonner and Debria Ann Jackson. Affectionately called Yvette by family and friends. She was a happy and loveable baby raised in the Acres Homes Community by her devoted grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Eddie and Lillie Mae Jackson. She accepted Christ in her life at an early age, joining and being Baptized at Progressive Baptist Church in Houston, TX. Yvette attended several Houston I.S.D. elementary and middle schools. Finishing her education at Booker T. Washington High School. She started her career by working in the cafeteria for Pasadena School District, where she worked for 9 years. Yvette eventually moved on to enjoy a 20 year career with Galleria Security and only left due to her declining health. Yvette had a love of makeup, hair, and fashion. She was known for always being the DIVA in the room, without a hair out of place. She brought laughter and joy to all who knew her. On Sunday, April 16, 2023 Eula Yvette was called to Glory. She was preceded in death by her two young sons, Kamray and Barry Jr.; father, Larry Bonner; grandfather, Eddie Jackson; uncles, Larry "Man" and Arron Leon Jackson. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 20+ years, Barry Mills; grandmother, Lillie Mae Jackson; sister, Tameka Morrow-Ollison; aunt, Eula Yvonne; uncle, Matthew Esters; mother, Debria Reed; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and good friends.
