Emmitt Kennedy, Sr. Obituary (1935 - 2015)

Emmitt Kennedy Sr., was born on September 1, 1935 in West Columbia, Texas. He was a graduate of Hilliard High School, Class of 1952. He was a U. S. Air Force Korean War Veteran with an Honorable discharge. He retired from Shriners Burns Hospital in Galveston. Left to cherish his memory, loving and devoted wife, of 30 years, Jannie M. Kennedy; sons, Emmitt Kennedy (Pamela), Vernon A. Kennedy (Elizabeth) and Edward Allen (Pamela); daughters through marriage, Dorene Biagas and Joyce Taylor; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends. A Public Viewing is scheduled for Saturday, December 5, 2015 beginning at 12 Noon followed by Funeral Services at 1:00 PM. Both services will be held at Greater St Matthew 6333 Hwy 6 Hitchcock, TX 77563. Rev. W.L. Randall, Jr. is the Celebrant. Burial will follow at Grace Memorial Cemetery Hitchcock, TX.
