Sheila E. Hernandez Obituary (1957 - 2021)

Sheila E. Hernandez went to be with the heavenly choir on Friday, September 17, 2021 in Houston, TX. She was born on July 6, 1957 in Anderson County, Texas; to Lloyd & Jewel Evans Miller. She taught Business & English for many years at Alvin High School, music & piano at her Home; and was the FUMC-Alvin's pianist; where she touched many people of all ages. She leaves us to join her parents and other family & friends in heaven. Among her many friends & students, her cousin Janyce Sparkman , husband Lynn, their children & grandchildren, The Starr family & Barbara Allen, & the Allen family were her closest family. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 from 5-7pm at the First United Methodist Church in Alvin.Her Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at First United Methodist Church in Alvin, under the direction of David H. Hern & the caring staff at Carnes Funeral Home- Texas City.
